Process Flow

- 01.Stationary unit
- This unit separates oil being discharged using a natural flotation method.

- 02.VOC treatment unit
- This unit gasifies volatile organochlorine compounds (VOCs) indischarged water through aeration using tiny bubbles, and absorbs the gas into activated carbon.

- 03.Chemical treatment unit
- This unit subjects heavy metals in discharged water to flocculation treatment and pH adjustment through the addition of chemicals.

- 04.Waste water treatment unit
- This unit adds a polymer flocculation agent to increase the size of the flock so that it can be separated through sedimentation.

- 05.Sand filtration unit
- This unit traps the pin flock that did not settle out in the wastewater treatment unit between particles of the filter material (anthracite).

- 06.Dioxin decomposition and detoxification unit
- This unit uses OH radicals, which have high oxidizability, to decompose dioxins in discharged water and render them harmless.

- 07.Dehydration unit
- This unit pressurizes and dehydrates the flock obtained through sedimentation in the wastewater treatment to further reduce the volume.
